N’Da Desire Pokou is a Geneticist at the Centre National de Recherche Agonomique in Ivory Coast, where he has worked since 2008. Dr. Pokou specializes in molecular genetics, with expertise in genetic diversity using molecular markers, population genetics, genetic mapping and QTL analysis and markers-assisted selection.  His current research focuses on the improvement of cacao cocoa breeding through the use of molecular markers.

 

Dr. Pokou is a native of Ivory Coast.
