I am a biologist by profession with a bachelors degree in biology and currently pursuing my masters in Environmental Biology at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology with a thesis on herpetological study. I have submitted my thesis but am yet to defend it because I haven't been able to clear my fee balance. This however has not stopped me from developing a concept on a study I would wish to do for my PhD. Part of the intended study will deal with molecular work as I wish to phylogenetically compare some lizard populations.
As a research institution, ILRI is renown for some of the best genetic analysis works. I would thus wish to find out if I can get an internship or research assistant position at the institution from where I would sharpen my laboratory skills which are very fundamental part of the research I am developing. I will really be glad to work with you.
