Dear Justine, the introduction to molecular biology and bioinformatics workshop is actually for researchers like yourself who haven't much experience in molecular work, but can demonstrate that their research will benefit from the skills learned during the training.

I am a holder of BSc. medical microbiology from JKUAT. and currently I'm pursuing a MSc. epidemiology at KEMRI/ITROMID. this training opportunity comes at the right time when I've just cleared my course work and now developing my proposal for the thesis. Having some backgrounds on molecular microbiology and molecular epidemiology, this becomes my best opportunity to upscale my practical and theoretical skills as a research scientist on molecular biology and bioinformatics. For sure I have a lot of interest in molecular work. I will attend the training if my application is approved. this kind of training is very ideal not only for Agricultural research but also for a health research. Thanks.

My name is Ndiang Zenabou, by now I am study my PhD thesis in the University of Yaounde I in Plant Breeding and Genetics, I personally have to do little molecular work actually just basic molecular biology simply because I was recruited to work in the genetic unity of Department of botany in The University of Douala Cameroon, then I have a great interest in molecular work.
Thank you for keeping me informed, I also appreciate the invitation and upon selection to attend the workshop. Since I will plan and prepared research proposal based on the use of the PCR, DNA analysis from leaves samples in the molecular laboratory, therefore, this workshop help me to skill up my future laboratory experience.
